Thank you for considering a handcrafted piece for your home. Every project I build is made start to finish in my small basement shop or in the main woodshop in Doesburg, Netherlands.

HOW IT WORKS

Reach Out – Use the contact form below to share a little about yourself and the kind of piece you’re interested in.

Shop or Home Visit. If you’re nearby or would like to make the trip, I invite you to visit my shop. Seeing the workspace, lumber selection, and current projects often sparks ideas and helps you feel part of the process. If you prefer, I can meet with you at your home to see where the piece of furniture will live and get an idea of what you are looking for.

Once we’ve connected, I’ll send you my detailed inquiry form. This captures inspiration images, dimensions, materials, and budget so I can prepare a ballpark estimate.

Design & Build – If it feels like a good fit, we’ll move forward with design drawings, deposit, and fabrication.
​How Do I Place An Order?
For cutting boards and small household items. Check the website (SHOP) to see if it is available. If so, leave a message and I will get back to you asap, normally, the same day. If you want something custom, let me know the size, design, and type of wood. I'll get back to you with a quote soon, normally the same day.

Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with any product purchased from Schmitz Woodcraft, please contact me, and we can discuss the issue. Afterward, if you are still not happy, I will refund you minus the shipping cost once I receive the item.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
